Ceramic Fiber Yarn

Ceramic fiber yarn made from Ceramic fiber bulk, mainly content is AL2O3+Sio2% (Min. 97%)

can weave as ceramic fiber tape, ceramic fiber rope, ceramic fiber cloth.

Characteristic:
- Low thermal conductivity
- Resistance to high temperature and chemical attack
- High mechanical strength
- Good thermal shock resistance
- Asbestos free

Application:
- High temperature static seal e.g. door joint or gaskets for flanges.
- Fire protection e.g. fires proof curtain against welding spark.
- For manufacturing of safety product e.g. safety gloves or apron.
- Expansion joint
- Pipe or round duct insulation lagging
- Asbestos substitute

We can make 2 different reinforced material, fiberglass yarn and stainless steel wire

1. Reinforced fiberglass:

Continuos working temp.: 1200F (650^oC)

Max working temp.: 1830F (1000 ^oC )

2. Reinforced stainless steel wire:

Continous working temp.: 1470F (800^oC)

Max working temp.: 2010F (1100^oC)

Size: 430tex-2000tex

Density:300-700kg/m3

Package: 2.5or3.0kg/roll, export cartons, plastic bag
