Applications: Balance the metallic copper content of aluminum liquid.

Weight:  Every Al-Cu alloy ingot add 400±5 g.

Compositions: Cu 50%, Al 50%.

Dosage: Suppose the Al liquid got a weight of G, and the content of Cu is M1% (Analysis result before adding, weight percent), if the element content of Cu inside the Al liquid should be adjusting to M2%, therefore, the weight of Al-Cu alloy should be added is G(M2-M1)%÷50%.

Usage: Stir well after charging melted completely, then make sample analysis. Calculate the addition of Al-Cu alloy base on the analysis result. Rake up the dross over the aluminum liquid surface when the aluminum liquid temperature up to 725~760, throw Al-Cu alloy in molten pool equably ,and ,various of metal agent can be put in at the same step. Quiescence 20 to 30 min, then stir, rake up the dross, sampling and analysis. If the component is up to grade, switch to next working procedure.
