1. Brief Introduction

Curtain and roof mainly use 3000 series aluminum manganese

(aluminum manganese magnesium) alloy, but 5000 series

aluminum magnesium alloy gradually begin to apply for curtain

board. Among of tbem. 3003#. 3004#, 3005#, 3103#, and 3105#

alloys are applied largely because content of metal manganese

in aluminum manganese alloy is steady that near to its saturation

point and acting together with other metals 3000 series aluminum

is provided with proper extensibility, approved anticorrosive

properges and processability and can be smelted and machined to

different hardness alloys according to different application

requirements .Therefore, they are widely applied in architecture

outer service engineering of roof and wall space and match with

various painting system and painting dressing to make architectural

appearance rich and colorful and also to increase noncorrosibility

of aluminum alloy.

2 .Archlitectural application, test and standard

Aluminum alloy sheet material can be divided into non-painted

products and painted products and classified as follow:

a. Non-painted products: Stucco(without regular dermatoglyphic

pattern), Emboss(with regular dermatoglyphic pattern); Anodized

alumina surface treatment sheet; for this kind products the surface

would not be painted and appearance requirement for its surface

isn''t strict and price of it is Iower.

b. Painted products:

Classified by painting dressing: Spray coat products and Coil coat

Classified by painting kinds: Polyester, Polyurethane, Polyamide,

Modified Silicone, Epoxy, PVDF, etc
