Aluminum curtain wall, made of high-strength A-alloy board, has the common thickness of 1.5,2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 4.0 mm. The regular A-alloy board maximum size as 1220*2440 mm, and is mainly composed of face plate, reinforcing rib angle support.
The surface of the aluminum curtain wall shall be coated with carbon fluoride after the pretreatment by chromizing. The PVDF resin (KANAR 500) content in the finish and varnish of carbon fluoride coating. It shall be 2, 3 or 4 coatings, with the coating thickness >44um (3 coatings). Because of the carbon fluoride coatings has the excellent corrosion resistance and weather-proof performance.
