Yunnan Copper to Raise 5.45 Billion Yuan in Share Placement
2010-8-31Yunnan Copper Industry Co. plans to raise 5.45 billion yuan via the private placement of as many as 300 million shares, according to a statement to Shenzhen’s stock exchange.
The company will sell shares in the placement for no less than 18.64 yuan each, according to the statement.
